Absolutely. You are free to use all copy and artwork as you wish. In exchange for payment received, DXM assigns all rights, ownership, copyright and trademark to you. No complicated contracts required.

Yes. You are free to use, and re-use, all content and templates as you wish. If you cancel or pause your subscription, upon request we will provide any and all digital files related to the project through the end of the subscription. In addition, we  follow the evolving ethical guidelines and standards related to generative AI. For example, we do not reference names of living artists in our engineered prompts.

We are a team of experienced digital designers with over twenty years of experience in the tech industry. Our expertise has been deployed to build apps, prototypes, websites, simulations, animations, streaming audio and video, and compelling user experience designs for various delivery platforms. At DXM, we make an ongoing commitment to understanding current and emerging technologies so that we can implement effective design solutions for our clients. We don't believe that AI will eliminate the need for human designers in the near future but we do know that AI is revolutionary. As designers, we are excited about embracing innovation in AI—to stay relevant, creative, and productive.

We have a project management dashboard for our clients. You can manage design requests and your team can share/upload/download project files there.

We want happy clients that provide WOM marketing. We will continue to work with you to refine your AI brand profiles in our system until you are 100% satisfied.

DXM maintains all information received from you in confidence and will take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of your information. We will request approval from you before including your content in our work portfolio or other promotional materials.

This is not a problem. You can pause your subscription and return when you have additional needs. You can also book a call with us to discuss specific needs in advance.

AI has enormous potential to create opportunities for businesses but for people to trust in AI solutions, the AI systems must be governed by clear moral and ethical rules. There are a few things we can do as  a company to establish trust in our AI efforts. We are open to adding more as standards and best practices become available.
